Is this with a 883 trans? Or is it a 727? I am currently attempting to put in the same headers, 68 Coronet, 440, 883 trans. PS, Wilwood master and a southwest booster. IT is VERY tight, I know I cannot come through the top. So the bottom it is....question, do I need to jack the motor as well?

My car, 727. Yes, I too came up from the bottom and really, no issues at all. No, I didn't have to jack the motor up neither. The hardest part was angling the whole header up through my torsion bar to the engine bay. One of the easiest. Good luck

Thank you. I have the clutch lever in the way, I'll try to see if I can work around it...I don't think I can install the lever after the manifold.
