Ok ,
will a 1969 Front fender interchange with a 1968 model ?
Are the body lines the same ?
I know the side light is different , but that can be altered .
I need a new LH front fender for my 68 Satellite , but AMD are several ( 3-6 months ) away . This is an insurance claim .
I also know I can get fibreglass from AAR which are normally pretty good but insurance only pays for one and freight of one
Thanks in advance

The only other difference I can think of is that you will need to remove the bracket at the top of the fender that bolts to the top of the radiator support

Also there's something different where the headlight parts of the grill mount if I remember correctly

Eldubb ,
Fenders may be available but not here in Australia . There are no new ones that i can locate in USA . They are on distant backorder .
1969 fenders do appear to ve available .
GetX , Beep , thanks
Crider , thanks . Funny thing is i have 68 headlight bezels , but a 69 grill centre .
Oh and i need a set of good bezels , another non repop item

I have a set of Headlight bezels off my GTX if that’s what you’re referring to as needed. Let me know. Send me a pm and I can send you pics and a price.

Ok ,
just got off the phone from AMD .
Crider - you are correct . Core support and inner structure are completely different , a lot of monkeying around to use a 69 .
GetX ,
will PM you

I put a 68 fender on my 69 years ago but can't remember how hard it was, it worked. Good luck

I don't think it was that bad but then again I was 20 years old and liked to prove I could do it all.

Only reason I knew, is that the fenders I just put back on my 69 had been used on a 68 and I had to undo the modifications.

Correct, the brackets are different.

I also think GTX headlight bezels are different from RR because of the grill center section.

thanks again guys .
those pics are great certainly show the core support difference.
Have backordered a fender through Summit . Panel shop organised some good second hand 68 bezels .
PS - I have a 69 grill centre . It fits fairly well with 68 bezels, was on car when I bought it nearly 11 years ago along with a 70 dash and column !
