wantonebad70, I would highly suggest you listen to the guys on here and think long and hard about what you are looking for and willing to spend. I was going to post this on the orange RR you listed that was from craigslist, but it looks like that thread was deleted.
You mention you want a driver and neither of the orange one or this green one will be a driver. I may be wrong, but think more likely you will drive them once, or maybe a few time (if they are solid enough to let you) only to find out all the stuff they need to have repaired/rebuilt/replaced/etc. and then you are down the rabbit hole of more money, that you mention you don't necessarily have, other wise you would be in a different starting price point.
It takes time to find the right car, but the right car is out there. Don't let your frustration allow you to make a bad decision.
I was originally looking for a 1969 Roadrunner for several years, but they realized that a nice driver was out of my (at the time) price range, when I came across a sweet deal on a really nice driver 67 R/T. It was in really good shape and super solid, but I still dumped $4k in it to take care of all the things it needed to make it a safe and road worthy daily driver; brakes and lines, suspension, fuel lines, an electrical birds nest (wiring), etc. and I still have a long laundry list of other things I still want to do.
Now, unfortunately I don't have the tools or knowledge that a lot of the guys on here do, and you can save some money if you can do the work yourself, but if your max is $20k and you max out on the purchase, you will most likely regret it.
If your max is $20k, I say you need to be around $13k-$17k on your starting price and leave yourself some money for the repairs and fixes you will need; as anything in that price range will require some repairs, and those will just be to make sure it's road worthy. We are not even talking about body work, motor work, etc.
Or keep saving and get into one that is mostly done (mechanical and solid body) and only needs minor work, like trim pieces, carpet, etc.
Main points are don't get discouraged there is a Mopar out there for you, and don't make a spur of the moment decision in frustration and end up regretting it.
