Mopar out muscles Buick SS

Looked like the hemi was going to lose.. But I was like wow that fkin thing is kicking *** in the top end..
 
Yeah,... seemed like the Buick got him on the short end every time, but the Mopar came back around on the big end everytime. Wonder if gearing played a part in the differences (low end performance vs top end)?

Edit,... Guess not. Just went back and watched it again. Buick was running a 3:73 and the Hemi was running a 4:30 rear with an 1800 rpm stall converter. Guess it just took a bit to get that Hemi going

Gears do make the difference but big blocks need that high end before they put out.
 
Once you get them spinning, you can add a second irrigation gun to them, and they don't hardly slow down.
 
Wait....the guy with the last name 'Dodge' is the one in the GM?!
 
Typical HEMI... once they get wound up theyre gone!
