That's pretty cool, but can someone explain the explosion to me that was inside the gel block after the bullet passed through?
Sort of a hydraulic shock wave. A 44Mag decently loaded carries many hundreds of ft-lbs of force. Causes a HUGE temporary cavity that then shrinks back to the permanent cavity, hence the blowing back/out of gases.

OK, but what did it make?
So far just fun stuff. You need software to make objects. If we could get a 3D scanner that would produce the software then we could make molding clips and the like. So far it's just for fun. Plastic only of course.

OK, but what did it make?
Here's a cool little project. It doesn't have any function but it shows the capability. It printed flat and little movement and all the individual links separate from each other and are all interlocked.
