Measure the shank length of the centerline lug nuts and then just buy lug nuts with the same shank length...that is all that is necessary. Those Centerline lug nuts are no different from any other shanked lug nut with the same shank length.
MOST Center Line wheels use a lug nut with a shank length of 1/2" (0.50") with a shank diameter of .680. CL-5110 lug nuts are spec'd with 1/2" shank length.
If you don't have any of those specific Center Line lug nuts to measure the shank length then measure the thickness of your Centerline wheels thru the lug nut hole and then buy lug nuts that are a just a little shorter than that length. If you buy lug nuts with a 1/2" shank length they should be fine. After you buy them then insert 1 of your new lug nuts thru the lug nut hole. The shank of the lug nut MUST NOT protrude thru the lug nut hole all the way or the lug nut will bottom out against your hub before the lug nut clamps the wheel tight. It can't even be 'flush" with the back side of the wheel. There MUST be some clearance between the end of the lug nut and the back side of the wheel.
Check the nuts with this method. If the lug nuts you buy with 1/2" shank length don't even insert half way thru the wheel then they are too short. Get longer ones that insert at least 90% thru the hole without going flush with the back of the wheel.
Having been in the Mag Wheel Manufacturing business for some 20 years I know this for a fact.
