The "Fuel Squeezer was a Detroit "V" engine that came in 6 cyl and 8 cyl models. They were popular in buses. They didn't make a whole lot of power, but ran forever and were easy to work on.
Kinda, actually a power stroke every other stroke, instead of every 4 strokes. If they backfired , they would run backwards very easily; exhaust out the air cleaner & suck up and burn engine oil. That was always fun!

Actually watched that video last week and meant to post it to this thread . Very cool how it starts up and drives .
Bittersweet for the widow - seeing her husbands truck running and driving off eventually .
