But it's 'French' carsAnd, it's one of the biggest manufacturer of cars in the world ( sadly).
I had a '63 version of that exact car back in the '80's.
A refined reverse will get you home.....if the engine runs.I had a '63 version of that exact car back in the '80's.
French influence might bring a refinement, and increase in quantity of reverse gears in a transmission....![]()
No they're not ... when they copy the design of other cars they look cool, the red one in the bottom looks like a jaguar e type... just sayingNot all Renault's are ugly.........

Still French's ... pos cars both, and am not saying just because, my best friend has a Peugeot 206, although beautiful design, the engine was a pos, I just sold my wife's Renault's and I lost 3/4 of the initial value, got a credit for a new Vw tiguan, is a huge diff6 in quality.Merger talks still going on, but now it's with Peugeot instead.

Lol....indeed. My wife is from the UK.....lots of issues with that brand. My wife owns a Renault fluence 2014 and let me tell you what do they bring, CRAP, useless cars, quality problems, bad engines and transmissions bad paint jobs, terrible customers service, the crankshaft seal fail at 45000 km and the dealer told us it was our fault, what ? how does a seal of this importance fail so soon, anyway, this week the car show in the screen this message "possible engine break stop immediately " and of course the engine stop leaving my wife in the middle of the traffic, it turns out that the wire harness from the spark plug coils to the computer have " mini cracks" and the harness must be changed or... use a plastic belt to tight up the bulk conector, a 2 cent repair and my wife in panic, POS cars that's what they are, including the F1 engines and cars too.
Agreed my first Chrysler endeavor was a 1987 Plymouth Sundance. Biggest POS I ever owned. Such a lemon I actually filed a suit against Chrysler. (lemon law)Owned that car six months and moved on. Said I would never own another. But of coarse I have owned a bunch since then.Oh man, everyone has produced a lemon or two over the years.....but this company seems to do it over and over and over.......
Just about everyone I know including my dad got at least one junker from ChryCo. Most were first time buyers too but I've never had one and owned one of those K cars too lol. It was an 88 Shadow and it was an ok car. Ford was the one that was crappy for me and it was a 66 Mustang Fastback. Wasn't new but some stoooopid stuff broke on that car. It never broke down but it made me think I was about to die in it when the pedal rack came apart after a street race. Maybe a higher power was trying to tell me something. It did that twice too! After fixing it the first time with 'genuine' Ford parts I fixed it my way the 2nd time but by then, my love affair with it had died. There was something that wasn't right with that but I couldn't find what it was.....Agreed my first Chrysler endeavor was a 1987 Plymouth Sundance. Biggest POS I ever owned.
