My parents were born there. Went there over Christmas/New Year, like it so much we decided to go for the summer to get away from Arizona heat and see Russia without snow on the ground.

I moved here from Houston, go back and forth but spend about 8 months out of the year in Moscow. As far as cost go they have a 22 percent tax on everything so your much better off in Texas. I would not be doing it if the company wasn't kicking in to cover cost. Just came back from 4 weeks in Houston so I am very aware of the humidity. Today is 55 degrees and rainy.
