Just wanted to remind all of you
to please leave feedback when you buy from a member. It helps all of us.Buyer and seller. I drove 3 hours today and bought from a member-who had no feedback-and was not to sure. Aaron was a good guy and it was worth the 3 hour drive. Im just saying it really helps to see their feedback. thanks Dave

I've tried that before....some people think it is not important.

For me, I prefer to buy from someone who has a decent track record here (or anywhere else for that matter) and has been here on the site for a reasonable amount of time.

So YES, Please leave feedback whether you are the Buyer OR the Seller here.

Maybe a quarter of the people I've dealt with left feedback. Said they were happy and I left them good feedback but no response from them. Oh well. Maybe to much work for them.

Not a vendor why would I want feed back. It would not be like I would continually be selling parts. The people that do it need to quite fooling themselves and get a business license and become legit.

Have a license, file a form C. Am legit.
Even if not a vendor its nice to know that Joe Smoe selling extra parts isn't a theft. If you never sell parts then whats the hoop??

Curious as to why you felt the need for this comment ....the OP simply asked if people here would place a feedback on this site after making a sale or purchase.

This is not some witch-hunt going after people who sell frequently.

Number one, it's just common courtesy.

Number two, it documents the transaction and how it went.

I might buy something now and then, I might sell something once in a while. It can be a pita the first time you leave feedback but once you learn how to do it, it's not that bad.

I see you have no feedback.

Private sales and frequent sale. One is legitimate the other is skirting the law. My continual business and referrals with a legitimate business should speak volumes to that business. Praise and feed back to Joe blow frequent sales rep - no way.

I am not in the business of selling parts either. So maybe that's the reason for no feed back. I do run a legitimate business and my customers give feed back freely. It is not expected of them or asked of them. If you are a legitimate business there is always the paper trail.

except this is an online forum and the ONLY way to check the guys reputation is to scan his feedback Or check his posts/members status, ect etc and roll the dice.
so feedback Is very important to us joe blows you mentioned.

heres an example.
i personally have sold over 20 plus items and left feedbacks for most of those.
except,i only have 1 feedback in return.
the way i look at this,is,those guys got what they wanted,
didnt care about doing the Right thing, and moved along.
they got their parts, and Their feedbacks,so they are all set, they Look good.
but, they arent good members, they are simply Users.
one of these scumbags Still owes me shipping money to this day.
That,is why i no longer sell parts like i could or did on this forum.
thats why feedback Is important to Everyone.

I also note that I cannot remember the last time I saw you LIKE or give THANKS for a post anywhere here on FBBO. However, I see you Quoting people frequently. Either you don't like what you see, or are ungrateful.....or maybe you just don't care ?
Either way, I think this thread topic and subject matter went whizzing right over your head.

I just can't believe this thread turned into this.........

Who cares about how many parts someones sells?.....All I care about is an honest seller and getting the part as advertised.....Hence, back to the OP's request.....
