Overhaulin' Returns

Best two tone factory paint IMO, 67 Satellite with the argent silver below the trim.

Keep him out of my driveway. Don’t want to be Foosed.

Not interested. Rich folks serving rich folks then basterdizing there cars.

I look forward to it...

Guess there won't be too many sets of Boyd Coddington's used this season.

AJ is welcome in my garage anytime!

So I should ask them to cancel my Dennis H. Nomination?
Don't Foose any of my matching #'s cars. I have some that need to be Foosed, I would hope that my insider knows exactly what I want in the others.

Kiwi, that’s messed up, but friggin’ FUNNY!

We’ve all heard and know that most all of these car show restorations or customization builds take much longer than a few weeks to get fully sorted and after the airing the car needs many additional months of attention. That’s how it goes. Chip of all people does not strike me as one who willfully does a shoddy build or tries to cut corners. I don’t see him jacking up many one owner collectable cars that should never be modified unless that was the owners desire. I personally like the show and I really like Chip and his crew. He’s an amazing designer that comes up with some pretty cool stuff and one of the few on screen designers that routinely rolls up his sleeves and is fully hands on immersed in his builds doing fab, body work and paint. He’s got a great positive attitude and I would hang out with him anytime. Although we all have our tastes, let’s not forget that Chip’s Overhaulin’ show was one of the first successful car build TV shows, paving the way for dozens of successive car shows that we all watch and love today. He’s paid his dues and continues to design, build and excel and is also a frequent SEMA presence. I’ll be tuning in. It’s good for our hobby. Do you think without these shows that the car parts restoration industry would be what it is today? No chance.

can we turn this into an AJ pic thread?

.....please?

AJ with the Chipper. Chip is a good guy and charitable too. That said, you can’t improve on a 70 ‘Cuda. The word create is a little overused. 72 up, modify bumpers, turn the hockey stripe around, remove marker lights etc. CREATE is more like MODIFY, CHOP. etc.
