Although my 70 Roadrunner has a steel crank, heavy rods 71 440 in it, and that was better for me than #s matching (for one reason, I was able to afford it) it will always have that wonderful "V" in the VIN and in all of the other places the VIN appears. My point is that they were asking $59k for it, but I got it in the $4X,*** range.
If it was a #s matching car, I would not have been able to buy it and I may not have been able to do all of the mods that I am, have, and want to do with mine.
What I'm saying is that the wonderful V-code car you just bought can turn into whatever you want-factory correct or modded however you want, and it will always have that extra value of being a V-code, and if you top any engine you build for it with the 6bbl in mind, WOW! what a rush and amazing performance too!
CONGRATULATIONS!
