I haven't chased any points series since building my current car. In Michigan they run the Great Lakes Stock Super Stock assc. Despite a few rain outs we finally ran for the Championship yesterday. Made it to the 4th rd. worst light of the day, .058. Took the stripe by .022 (3ft9in, 145-114mph) but only had .009 worth of room to get him. However I accumulated enough points to win the Championship. Had a great time. Great series.

Congratulations Doug!

Awesome work man. Congrats.
First looser was as close as I could come. Needed a win and final 4 in the last race weekend to have a chance. Went out first round each event. Worst weekend of the year. Guess I was due for a stinker weekend. Next year.

That's great!! You 2 are livin' the life...
Hey Doug and Kim.

Great job.
Can I borrow a couple of dollars from you guys?
Or should I say; Dad, can I borrow the car to go out and make a couple of dollars?

Congrats to you both and the team.
I heard the tires chirping all the way from Brooklyn here.

Congrats to both of you!
