Agree, looks like for a console?That boot looks like a 70-74 E body,or 71-74 B body shifter boot.
According to Brewers the 3 speed is P/N 2996405 and has a round hole, not a slotted one. My dad bought this as a spare for his 70 Challenger so the ebody comments are probably correct. Looking at the brewers site it is exactly a 70-74 ebody boot. Reproductions are 60 bucks. It is a ebody 3 speed trans boot
I have the exact same one
that is what the part number is listed for in the Factory parts book.
mine came in the trunk of a car I bought and I looked up the number myself
and it is identical to what you have in the pic down to the numbers , slot for shifter ect..
throw the number in here
http://www.mymopar.com/index.php?pid=99
not saying it won't work for a 4 speed
but that is what the part number is listed for in the book.
last nos boot I bought a couple of years ago
was for a 71 bench seat for 125 bucks
I never really looked at that site
I just took that part number and started digging around
it could be correct as they superceded numbers and applications
as time went on.
for value 125-150 bucks would be my guess..
