Who has or will have a real Christmas tree?

You can go to areas of the national forests here in Colorado and cut down your own tree for $14.

Geez Steve - 14 bucks? How much should I expect to spend round trip from WI to snag a tree? You got room to put up a fellow Mopar guy for the night? Lol

Bought a tree from Festival of Trees. Fake. Beautiful!!!

Proceeds to Children’s Hospital of Michigan.

We usually go to a tree farm and cut one down. My son missed the last few Christmas's because he was in the Corps. When he got out a few months ago he said, "I'm picking the tree out and cutting it down myself." Looking forward to it.

Just bought ours today. ... $122.00
Ugh......She's decorating it as I'm typing this!

there was an old farmer that planted Christmas trees after he retired from farming. Cut your own. We went there for 15 years. $10 for the whole time. And if no one was home, just leave the money in the shoe box.

Always a real tree for us. Love the smell. The needles are a pain in the *** though....

My son is still petrified of spiders since the time we cut down a tree near my in-laws house about 2 hours away and drove home with it in the back of my Suburban. About an hour into the ride a bunch of spiders warmed up and woke up and were crawling all over my son in his car seat! Yikes!

I have a great blue spruce in the front yard

I also have 5 cedars in the backyard fence line/dog run
that'd be suited for the job too

I don't cut them down, I like alive trees :poke:

I do occasionally decorate them too

we have a little like 3' traditional tree with all the lights etc.
that was my grammy & granddads decoration
we put out every year, same as it was a couple years ago

My little evergreens in the front yard got bigger and the lights that did four last year barely did three this year.

I like real trees , and did have those as Christmas trees. But a few years ago. I thought it would be a good idea to keep it simple. Just have a artificial tree . I didnt see the point of cutting down a real tree for a weeks worth of use. Watching it dry out for really no reason. Then tossing it. Seemed like a waste. Any ways. Thats just me.

You all have a Merry Christmas and be safe.
