Charger 500 or Daytona?
How can one be separated from the other...

Why are Plymouth's Wings rounded up with Dodge Wings???
That's like pairing 70 Roadrunners with 69 Chargers...

Why do Folks say a C500 is a messed up 69-R/T, but they don't say that about Daytona's,,,They is really messed up R/T's also, lol...

500 can about because of the turbulence created by the recessed Charger rear window.

The Charger 500 came about as a way of reducing drag from the front grille, which was acting as a huge air catcher.....and making the rear window area more aerodyamic to keep the air moving better over the rear window. All to combat the Ford Talladega. The 500 fell short...and so the Daytona was built. Only the head light assemblies, and front

Hi B-Bod Folks,

It was a 'tongue in cheek' remark to the site dropdown editor!
Why are Charger 500's not listed, the rarest Mopar ever made?
Should be '69 Aero Cars and 70 Aero Cars' as a collective heading methinks.
In fact all Charger 500's were made in 1968 and mine is the very last 440 car built on December 19th.
Plymouth and Dodge cars should not gathered up just because they have a 'Creative' WING and a NOSECONE.
They are very different cars indeed, whereas a Charger 500 and a Daytona are the SAME CAR!!! (give or take)
