Carlisle will cancel some of the smaller shows in hope of putting on larger shows.Another issue will be for people that have to put in for vaca ahead of time,they might NOT be able to get the time off.

They postponed the summer Olympics - and you think Carlisle will go on. I hope your right but.....

If everyone would have stayed put for the last 2 weeks I think we would be ahead of curve about now. Saw today where people leaving NY for FL so we may have a whole new spread there. I understand not wanting to stay in NY and NJ, but moving to other places is crazy.

Florida governor said yesterday that there was about 190 planes from NY city area going to Florida every day and he was going to have people tested from NY and NJ getting off planes here. It must have had an impact. Local news channel was at Palm Beach International today and showed that there was only about eight people on the plane that they looked at. Sounds good, but they probably are already here.

I got a feeling 90% of the car shows will be canceled this year. You never know though, never say never. Anything can happen, I somewhat have hope

I think anything near any sort of populous or open events
over any significant #'s, cars, races, sports, concerts, social meetings,
clubs, govt. or political gatherings etc. etc. etc.
all public events usually open to the general public etc.
of significant #'s of attendees, are all canceled or delayed
for a future date...

even in flyover country, rural areas or even areas like the great white north,
where it sparsely populated even


IMO the thinking & logic is;
There's more important things going on, than shows, sporting or car events etc.
larger groups &/or public gatherings, right now

IMO many will reschedule later in the summer, or just not have them this year

be smart, stay safe, stay healthy people, don't be another statistic
this will pas sooner or later, the quicker the better too

I seriously hope Carlisle is not canceled, I just think the media is hyping this virus more than it should be. I got a feeling it will be over sooner than everyone thinks. I hope my b-body friend will bring his Superbird and displays it in the building this year. It is a Lemon Twist car, car #83, 440 6bbl, 4 speed.
