Anyone know what this tag is?

Hey guys does anyone know what this tag might be from? Going through some boxes of parts from my Charger and found this tag in there the numbers are

99230 3447461
CHl 8 4 69

Probably from the bottom of a seat - or rear cushion. Part number tag.

I believe the 8 4 69 is the date it was made.

That makes sense my Charger was an early build car from what I understand. I think production of the 70 chargers started aug 1st of 1969. My car was built aug 18th 1969.

Just a couple so far. I am new to the site and still trying to navigate my way around seems like a ton of awesome guys with a ton of knowledge. Just hope I can keep up. Lol

The bad thing is that I had a build sheet in that same cushion and threw it away, all these years ago!
