I am curious if I could toss a rally dash in my car (1970 Sport Satellite with non-rally dash) without any modifications. In other words are all 1970 BBodies using the same mounting points etc?

Yes. As long as you are referring to the whole dash and not the dash cluster.

If the whole shebang includes the wiring harness, you are good to go.

Do yourself a favor and get a fresh dash harness, cheap insurance from 50 year old wires...

Not sure but the M&H harness for a 70 B bod, rally dash is available from YO. #HU272B, looks like it would be a worth wild investment. I just think it's unwise to rely on old brittle wires, electrical car fires are no picnic brother. A buddy of mines 66 convertible Impala SS, 396 4 speed burnt to the freakin ground cuz he was too cheap to replace the harnesses. He only had the car back on the ground for a little over a year after the restoration.....sad day for a chevy, even worse to see a grown man cry.

Also, any support brackets, as the rally "dash" might use more or different ones than the standard dash.

I’m sure you could make one work, but it would require some pretty significant reworking of the connections for the cluster since you would have to get rid of the round pin connector and redo all the connections with the proper plugs And probably some lengthening of the connections for the switches.
The two end supports and driver side end bar are the only supports on the traditional dash for mounting along with the five or six screws on top by the windshield.
The OP said he was swapping the whole shebang and I think he confirmed that the dash harness was part of that shebang.
Yes for sure a new harness is needed.
