Lower control arm bushing sleeves

Just a little hint, doing my car and do not want to mark anything up, did the outers by 4 welds on a washer and pushed them, did the shaft sleeves with 2 notches ground in the sleeves, thinned them a little with a grinder to get them hot, then pushed off with a bearing separator, whole job took 30 minutes with no damage.

Just bit more info on removing the sleeves. Use a chisel and cut into the sleeve (not all the way through) in a straight line parallel and another line 90 degrees from the first and it will pull off by hand.
 
I watched one video where the guy just places the shaft into a vice (lengthwise) and hammers the piss out of the sleeve with a BFH, which stretches the sleeve and it just pulls off.

yep chisel trick does the same thing
