One piece proportioning valve

Can anyone give me some ideas on a location to place this valve on my 64 sportfury with a duel master cylinder, power brakes ,front disc\rear drum if possible some pics would really help thanks Nick.

Personally I would just use a adjustable proportioning valve. Most find that even having a adjustable one, it doesn't need adjusting. The dual master cylinder will normally apply front to back all on it's own. JMO

Most mount them right at or on the master cylinder. There are kits out there that come with the adjustable valve. See if anyone who has one will chime in. Could do a search on here also.

I put mine down on the frame rail near the distribution block.

Someone already posted my pic but there's not much to installing an adjustable proportioning valve. On a disk/drum setup you just splice it in the rear brake line. Did mine right next to the master cylinder where it's very easy to get to and adjust.

Can't you just replace the original distribution block with the proportioning valve and run new plumbing to the M/C?

I have the adjustable valve ( wilwood) on my e-body next to the driver seat . Makes it easy to adjust and with the carpet pulled over no one sees it.

The valve and mounting bracket was bought from one of the well known reproduction brake line companies. It was 18 years ago and I just don't remember who. All I recall is that they were at Carlisle and the valves were on their table.
I made all of the brake lines on the car as no one back then was selling any prebent lines for a 64 wagon that has a disc brake conversion.
