Man just think when you make a run for Mexico you can hold up in this nice house . Honestly it's not bad price seems good !
What's rent on something like this down there? Might be a good investment

In 2001 (Tijuana) I paid $350 USD for a NEW three bedroom apartment near downtown. Then in 2005, rented a two-bedroom home nearby for about the same price. Presently, we rent a one bedroom apartment in La Paz for $150 month.

Buddy has a nice apartment in downtown Mazatlan, all in including satellite TV for CAN$600 per month, so around $450 American.

It’s way cheaper then Canada. The people are nice, the food is fantastic. The beer is cold. Don’t believe the crap they tell you on the news, Mexico is freakin nice!
