How lucky can one get? While I was starting my 64 dodge 440, max wedge, working the throttle is a must, the accelerator pedal went to the floor, and stayed there. Yup the throttle cable broke. I took it off and it measures 20 inches from the hole in the connector to the other hole in the connector. Does anyone have a source for this part? I can't find any numbers on the part which makes it more difficult. Any help will be appreciated.

Here are some pics.

Thanks all for your reply's, its good to know who the good guys are when parts are needed. I ended up getting the cable from Mancini Racing, because the length I needed was specified in their chart. I ordered on line and for some reason the order never went through their system. I called them a couple of days later to check and they took the order on the phone, charged me for UPS ground but shipped it FED EX express at no extra charge and I had it in two days. Worked out very well. But here is the amazing part these days, something unfortunately rarely seen.........

A tip : My 64 dodge stock 318 poly throttle cable was to short when I put a 440 with alum. high riser intake and Holly double pumper on. I used a cable from a slant six and it worked very well...............MO

I had the same issue and tried a /6 cable. Way too long. I then ordered a cable from summit, which was the length I needed, but was junk as it had plastic cable sheath ends. I ended up using various components and a swage tool to terminate the cable. Worked out great, buy what a pita.
The Mancini +1" was barely long enough for the RPM manifold height, but I changed the kickdown set up to lokar and triggered this adventure.
