Motor loads up when not used for awhile.

Motor will clear out and run smoothly after warmed up and driven. Needs to clear itself out. I checked the float levels lowered them hair although I think they were fine. I changed the needle and seat. Running a Holley 3310. Any suggestions. 383 motor Edelbrock RPM. 10.5 compression, 1 7/8 headers stealth heads milled to 70 ccs. Runs great when warmed up. Vacuum at about 8 at idle in gear. Comp nostalgia cam.

It loads up during the warm up but "runs great when warmed up" ? Choke adjustment

Yes has electric choke that works. Takes about 10 minutes or maybe more to clear out.

Test the electric portion. Running way rich is really bad.

I agree, it sounds like a choke problem, trial-and-error adjustment to find that sweet spot. Hard to start?

Hits immediately then stalls. Takes a few times. But runs rough untill warm driven and clears out. I wonder if I have some type of internal leak. I will lean out though easy enough to do.

Sounds like the choke pull off.
