ARP Cylinder Head Stud Measurement

Does anyone have a kit (145-4206) laying around they could measure the studs for me?
I'm selling a leftover kit, I think I had bought 2, but its in the wrong box. I just want to make sure what I'm listing is correct after thinking about it. The 10 long studs are 5-1/4" and the 24 short ones are 2-1/2".
What's making me second guess is that the short ones are threaded all but a 1/4" in the middle. The images I've seen of the same kit appear to have about 1/2" of shank and no shoulder.

Those don't look right. Should look like the photo on the right.
No shoulder, head should be able to slide over the studs.

I think that shoulder is just big enough to stop it at the block, its tapered like it would sit flush.
Everything I bought was for an RB, so I'm not sure what else those could be for.

Here is the ARP listing, and you can also call them (Tech) for drawing info. I have had customers give me bolts/studs that were supposedly ARP, but were chinesium knock-offs. The shoulder and the relieved portions are not similar to any ARP product I have used. Do the tops of the studs say ARP? Every ARP product I have seen will have it printed into it.

Il have to check, I was in fact thinking about that earlier.
Most all engine hardware I bought was ARP, I may have purchased something from Milodon, or someone did the ol switcheroo and returned it to the retailer
