I heard on the radio he stopped for pics with fans while riding his motorcycle, and the fans offered him a shot of tequila. He took the shot and rode off on his motorcycle. Cops were watching him the whole time and pulled him over.
If this is true, it’s infuriating that it’s a crime, and would be solely a money grab for the state.
