Mr. Norm passed...

I’ve spent a fair amount of time around him at shows , our group ran into him on our way to Columbus years ago, he was a good story teller.. Another legend and pioneer gone.. Sad. I hope he feels as if he got his 100 thousand miles out of that body, a quarter mile at a time! He was a very neat fella! Imagine a dealer doing what he did back then now!

That'd be a good 'un to see. You still got it?
I do.

A huge "like" and "thanks" to all the prior posts, couldn't agree more. RIP Mr. Norm, a legend in the Mopar community.

RIP Mr Norm. Great guy! I ran into him many times at the Nationals and Mopars in the Park shows. Always had time to BS. I remember speaking to him on the phone back in 1969 when I thought I needed a winged car. He talked me out of it. He told me he had 5 of them on the lot but since I was from Minnesota, I wouldn't be able to license it because of no front bumper. First time I had heard of that law but found it was on the books. Ended up buying a Super Bee instead. We chatted about it years later. He didn't remember the phone call but did remember the stupid Minnesota law.

Rest In Peace!

Does anyone know how old Mr. Norm was when he passed, I wanna say early maybe mid 80s?

I'll believe this more than the other crap that's been posted. So why don't any of the Chicago papers, and all other US papers for that matter not have anything about him?
Why are there no web search hits about him passing?
I will still hold my condolences until I see a Press Release!

Give it a break!! Jim works for him, knows him and the family well and came out and said this...

Why not offer your condolences anyway, and if it's not so, be thankful and thank God.

The family may have requested some privacy to avoid the hoards of vultures which would likely circle the event....
