Another Old Guy - just bought 69 Bee

Welcome to the site! Another kinda rare car is a 66 Belvedere I 2dr post with factory AC and auto trans....and nothing else much except for a ton of undercoating (factory) for a car that went to Central Garage in Bremond Tx! No snow or anything like that hardly ever Happens there. Even had the original rubber mats. Bought it in 88 and still have it but it's been apart since 98 :( The dang thing came with all the original paper work plus ALL of the receipts for everything that was ever done to it. Now why couldn't that happen with my E body ragtop that was bought in 1980?? Oh well lol

Nothing will ever happen other than its a Mopar that is enough for most.

Bee arrived today. Some pics posted. I'll have some questions that I will be posting on and off, for now:
1. I assume original carb is Carter AFB (this edelbrock needs replacing or rebuilt), would you go back to that for the sake of originality and where to source, best price, etc? Also don't have air cleaner, any pics of correct air cleaner appreciated.
2. Someone had started some restoration (passed away I believe). Engine supposedly rebuilt as well as trans (matching numbers). Engine painted the aqua color instead of Hemi Orange, could be because non HP (330 hp rather than 335 hp)?
This is just the beginning as I move toward restoration. Since this is a rare combination of matching numbers, factory A/C, and 4 speed plans are restoration rather than restomod. Any advice as to what was factory correct are certainly appreciated.

Thanks much and "mopar or nocar"

Welcome to the best Mopar site on the web. B7 is a fairly uncommon color, but I really like it. White rump stripe? Does it have a vinyl top?
According to the fender tag, black stripe and black vinyl top. both missing now but plans are to put back to stock.
