Yes, all of that! How would you like to buy into a timeshare and get a bill for $360,000?
If you don't believe me, watch what happens next to those that were never really checked 100 percent. Now the mad rush to check them all out.
If they find them to have problems that cost millions, due to inspector's who just gave them a drive by, look fix, things could get ugly quick. Sea level, at this point wouldn't play a role in neglect. This is about neglect.I wonder what will happen to property values because of this on older condo high rises? Sea level has been rising quite fast ,flooding is much more common. Mother nature is going to take back all the gifts she gave us.

Once. Was there ever a time any of us heard a condo owner say how happy they are with the low fees, their neighbors, and how things are so well run and maintained?
Well ya could keep going. The Lake Michigan shoreline around Milwaukee has been washing away for years, some homes once 100+ feet back from the lake have fallen into the lake. About 10 years ago, Lake Delton in WI Dells drained back into the WI River taking some homes with it, after a section of highway creating a dam washed out after heavy rains. Spooky viewing a large lake drain. A entire town in the SW part of the state was relocated after too many floods were some too many. You narrow-minded, naïve, ignorant people! You sit here blindingly and refuse to talk about Florida's building problems on the beach, but yet you turn a blind eye to New Orleans that just so happens to be at 10" BELOW SEA LEVEL! What about their building problems? What about other beachside communities?
Gotta be something hey...floods, fires, hurricanes, nado's, and condo's falling down...if ya get one of those make sure you're on the top floor so ya land on top of the pile.GLOBAL WARMING!!!!
