1964 Dodge Polara project in CA

Hello everyone. Came into procession of my buddies 64 Polara 500 we grew up in. He passed away and luckily i was able to obtain it. Now comes the "fun" part of restoration. It sat for quite some time so it needs a lot of attention. Hopefully with the knowledge base on this sight i will be able to get it up and running sooner rather than later. Thanks in advance to everyone i may annoy with the many questions (stupid and otherwise) i will, for sure, be asking.

Welcome!!! Great car. The 64 has been a dream of mine since I was 14… I just got mine a little over a month ago! I also have a motorcycle that I got from a buddy I lost 2 years ago. It’s hard but it’s nice to have a piece of em… amd what they are. I’m sorry for loss. But you get to keep one of his cherished belongings. That’s special
