Rear Quarter Panel Interior Plug?

Hey everyone, I am looking for a pair of these for my 72 Charger SE, not sure what they are called but if anyone knows where I can get these it would be great. As far as I know my car never had them.

I have seen them for other years but they seem to be rubber, these look plastic.

Anyway if anyone knows.
