I’ve been on FABO for a few years but I also have a 66 Belvedere II. It’s a 4 door with a 273, 904 trans, and 2.91 gears. It’s a great cruiser. It was my first car as a kid. I remember my dad bought it for $500. Drove it daily for about a decade until I got a more modern car. I heard so many stories back then of the “old guys” regretting all the cars they sold that I could never let go of this one.

OOoooohh, Georgia! I visited your beautiful state in June. The Wife and I did a "The Walking Dead" tour in Sonoia. I love the green down there.
The '66 models are sort of unique in many ways. Single headlight per side, the last of the Poly engine, 2 year body style.

We lived in SoCal for 7 years right after college in the 90s. Absolutely loved the weather. Too much concrete and people though compared to here. And I sure wouldn’t have the 4 acres I’ve got now.

We are on 1.2 acres. Not a huge spread but better than our last place.
Of course, I want more. I want 20, maybe 30 acres to play in!

Thanks! It is the original paint and original interior (though the front bench needs recovered). One day I’m going to restore it back to like new. I’m keeping it all original colors, including the avocado green interior. It’s factory AC also. I’ll post more pics when I can snap a few more.
