So Ive posted a thread asking for schematics of the internal contacts of the 4 pole flasher due some qierd happeni gs after changing to all LED lamps and bulbs. I was convinced I had something crossed as when I would hit my brake only my front turn signals would come on, no brake lights. Now mind you everything was working correctly with the halogens.
Ive spent 3 days tracing wires loking for shorts, nicks, bad grounds etc. What I had forgotten was at the time I changed over to the LEDS, I had replaced my turn signal switch.
I went over that thing 100x over 3 days verifying that the wires ( which are all new & marked with thier id) and everything was correct color and name wise. Then it hit me as much as I did not want to beleive it but the switch had the colors swapped from the mfg. Lt Green & Dk Green were swapped at the contacts, Tan and Brown were as well...re-pinned at the connector and what do you know everything works!!!!
It sounds stupid and I cant beleive I kept talking myself out of it and switching them around in the first place, I was convinced the LEDs were the root cause and that a company could not screw something so simple up.
Anyways Im pretty happy with it now....just need to figure out what happpened to my 6AL now...

congrats....... electrical can drive you nuts, because it's usually something simple

Aftermarket turn signal switches and fuel qty senders for Mopars have been mostly garbage for at least 20 years. It's well known but they refuse to make them better.

Second guess your self is alway's what we do. We figure the part is new and correct. Have run in to this also. Have a problem with my E brake right now that the dash light come's on and the brake light's on the rear are also coming on. So going to dig into what the heck is wrong now. Glad you found out the problem and it was something as simple as changing as few wires around.

Those lights look great! I've been looking at LED's for my 71 rebuild. All the Halo headlights I've seen require trimming the buckets to fit.
Did you have any major surgery to get them to fit and which ones did you use?

Ya it required me to trim out most of the back of the buckets to clear the heat sinks.
But I have several sets and will never make it a day one so I didnt care.
The pic of the the halos orange was just a perfectly time while the flashers were on. Everyone should be able to see those...

I replaced mine 3 times in about 18 months
Got sick of it
so I ponied up for NOS on fleaBay
So far no more problems

Went thru the turn switch bs with mine , so dug out the original oem and cleaned up and installed! Working like a champ! But knowing how important for other circuits they are , bought an extra nos one ! P.S. hoping your daughter is doing better!

We are in a holding pattern right now. The episodes have not happened and the heart monitor has not revealed anything conclusive. They (specialist) are still discussing options.
