At Age 79 Brian Wilson Plays His Music

Thanks for that Auggie56, he still has it. I only saw the movie about the Beach Boys last year. I believe it was called "Love & Mercy". I thought it was good. I also read a while back that The Beach Boys were the top selling rock band in USA, at least for a time. I guess I am showing my age, lol.

The Beach Boys grew up in my hometown and went to my HS. Their road manager lived right around the corner from my house. One day I went to my friends (brother of the road manager) house and there was Dennis' beautiful metal flake blue Stingray with his matching boat and trailer hitched to the Stingray. When I was a sophomore The Beach Boys decided to play at the Jr/Sr prom at my HS for old-times sake for free. Cool, talented guys who remembered where they got their start.

Funny thing also, (if it's true), according to the movie; although they made quite a few songs about surfing; none of them actually surfed!
