One on left is from 69 roadrunner Saginaw steering pump other one is from chevy truck Saginaw steering pump

Is the truck one metric? What do they look like where the line threads in. What are you trying to do?

What are you trying to accomplish? The part you show looks to be the pump's high pressure relief valve - flow control valve. Its specific to the pump volume - pressure capabilities in relation to the steering box volume - pressure needs. IMO....do not arbitrarily interchange them....

I am going to hydroboost brakes and just want to make sure I have adequate pressure with stock pump

IOM....you would need to verify your pump's capabilities (FSM specs ?) with your proposed hydro boost system supplier and ask for written confirmation of acceptability.

I restricted my pump flow when connected to a Mustang rack.

How did you do that
If I recall correctly, I brazed the output orifice closed and drilled to a smaller size. I used instructions from Erenberg at Mopar Action Magazine, where I read an article detailing such a procedure. You can probably search and find it.

I found some info today that said the pump I have puts out 950 to 1050 psi ,from what I have read I need alittle more than that
