Im parting out a 79 Chrysler 300--engine and trans sold locally--tilt column--front fasha---steering gear box--Dana rear--front suspension--bucket seat cores and rear seat--windows--power regulators--dash and or parts--console--sheet metal is not too good but in the right hands very repairable--pm me and I will send pictures--everthing cheap as Im only interested in NOT crushing this stuff--
 
looks like a Dana to me--maybe 9-1/4--you tell me

K frame/sway bar?

What engine was in it?
 
engine is HP 360 w/727 and rear has 12 bolt cover--looks like a Dana--how many cover bolts on the 9-1/4? see photo

front k member has everything intact--some corrosion at the drivers rear attaching point will need to be addressed

Thats a 9-1/4 rear. I know this, I have one in my Magnum, also in my 2015 Ram 1500, also in my wife’s ‘15 HEMI Durango.
Everyone else, about the K frame rot.
The K frame fix is an easy fix with a mig, sheet metal from the hardware store like True Value/ACE, etc. get the .060 gauge. I’ve done this before.
Grind the rot away until all the metal is the same thickness, make a cardboard template, it helps, cut the sheet metal to form a patch, a nibbler or electric sheer, whatever ya have, then, weld away, done.

thank you for clearing the rear end up for me men.I also agree the k member is fixable but you need the skills to do this and although I do--its for sale as is--just make an offer--
