67 R/T I recently bought had air shocks for some reason. Take out all the air, stance looks fine. Where would be the best place to get
some stock-type rear HD shocks?

I just picked up some Monroes from autozone for the Coronet

Bilstein and kyb are others to consider. There's lovers and haters of both.

If your R/T is raised a little in the rear, or if you occasionally race it, you could order shock absorbers from your favourite parts dealer for a 1970 or so Imperial. They have a longer extension range than a B-body shock absorber. An old racer's trick, and I run them on my 67 R/T.

I don't know of anyone that "hates" Bilstein shocks.
There are plenty of critics of the KYBs though.
