Coolant capacity

It looks like the 440 in my 68 coronet RT takes about 18 quarts of coolant. Can anyone tell me approximately how much of that coolant is in the engine block?
Also, if the two black drain plugs are polled does that drain the block almost completely?

Lots stays in the BB mopar, approx 1.5-2 gallons.
Yes those screw in block plugs will drain 98% of it.
