Late model IRS

I did on a 71. Haven’t finished the body work to get it running yet so I can’t tell you how it drives.

Has anyone tried installing a late model IRS in their b body
What are your intentions with the car? There are several here that have done pretty well with mods to the original suspension and I've done pretty good with all original parts. If the car is light, then things can work pretty well with the original stuff if you learn what to do but if you want to go nuts, then the aftermarket or more might suit you.

Is that kind of what you were thinking? It didn’t have to be narrowed, I just went backwards and bought the wheels I wanted first.

Haven't watched it yet. I'll get to it tomorrow and report back

Watched the video, seriously cool stuff. I have the skills but not the facility. My 2 car garage had been converted into my gunsmith shop so everything I've done so far has been in my driveway. Not sure I can get the precision needed for that setup. I'll probably look more towards some type of 4 link with coilovers.

I saw a Jag IRS under a '67 Coronet 500 about 15 years ago, and it was so cool to see that!

Metric Challenger/Charger swaps are becoming sorta-common. Doing this on a '66-'67 B-body would definitely require more mods than the '71-'72 B-body cars.
