I met a menace on Friday

I work in a doctor's office and I talking to one of the patients. I asked him what he likes to do outside of work and he mentioned that he was a car guy. We got talking about hot rods. I described my Mopar and he gave me a big list of European cars. The most outrageous of the bunch was a 1980s Turbo Diesel Sedan that he wants to engine swap to a V12. I like this guy a lot.

Then he tells me that his wife bought a new Tesla. And she loves her new Tesla.

He then tells me that he ordered her a custom license plate: COLPWRD or "Coal Powered"

I grinned from ear to ear. I thought he was pulling my leg but this man was dead serious.

What a menace!

Most electric producing means are destructive to the planet
BC does not use coal but we flood good land for a hydro dams
Wind mills kill birds and the carbon foot print is almost as big as solar panels to build and maintain
My daughters tesla is nuclear powered in Ontario not sure if that is good or bad
