For a 1969 Plymouth Road Runner with H2H(White and Tan) Interior whats the Headliner and Package Tray color? Any pics of H2H interior cars? Thanks.

Did you try contacting Legendary Auto Interiors? They would know. Good luck.

Yeah I can do that thanks. Sometimes nice to see a original example though. Even the experts don’t always do it right. Just like all the 4 speed cars without black carpet these days. My interiors definitely different with white seats, tan dash, black carpet, etc. Too many colors going on and different shades lol.

I'll bet the package tray would be tan, never white for sure. Too much reflection as you probably know. My buddy may have the 1969 interior selector dealer book. I will ask him to check the available combination of colors. You were able to sometimes choose contrasting interior trim colors, depending on the exterior color. What color is the body coded for?

Package tray would be a medium/dark brown, approximate to the dash.
Headliner I can't say for sure on a tan interior, but my original '68-'69 cars with colored interiors all had dark-ish headliners.
Not as dark as dash & pkg tray, but not far off. Consistent among red, blue & green interiors.
But my silver & black base '68 interiors had light grey headliners.
Check the trim & color guides at Hamtramck_Historical for info on that stuff.

There is something about 4-speed runners all having black carpet and coupes all having black headliners and package trays. There is a couple rules like that, just don't remember the specifics.

'68-'69 4-speed RRs did get black carpet - whether base or Decor interiors; I've owned several originals of each. Can't say for sure about '70s.
"Something about all RRs getting black headliners & package trays" is bullshit; disregard that mis-information.

What color are the upper door frames?

I would bet all is tan, with only the seats, door panels and armrests beingwhite.

dash and package tray never came white.
Yes I know I never said they did. H2H is white seats, white door panels, with T7 door uppers and Tan dash. But doesn’t list headliner and package tray color. Just want confirmation on headliner and package tray color from a survivor if possible.

Ok I’ll check that out. I have some remaining package tray chunks but it’s so weathered I can’t tell if it’s dark brown or black. My cars a 4 speed car with original black rug so maybe it did get a black package tray thrown in. As for headliner that’s the mystery. Car came with white or sandalwood type sunvisors but original headliners gone. Doesn’t mean the sunvisors were original to the car in the box but they might be. So would be nice to see a survivor if it had a lighter or darker headliner. I seen one restored car with saddle tan headliner on a white/tan interior car but then again I see white/blue or white/green interior cars restored with both a white or a blue or green headliner depending on whoever restored them.

Being misquoted is bullshit too, and that creates mis-information.

There ARE a couple rules.

Chtampa, didn't mean to offend you by paraphrasing. But I didn't create misinformation. Nevertheless, that "info" is incorrect regarding package trays.
Headliner & visors generally matched on my burgundy, silver, blue, black & white, and green '68 & '69 interiors. Those were all original/unmolested cars.
I've never seen an original car with an original black pkg tray, except for black or white & black interiors - that's literally hundreds of them since Sep '67.
FWIW, I've been around these cars since they were new, and have collected and/or restored them for 40-some years.
