I have a 77 Dodge B30 Tradesman300 Medicruiser I have ran the vin through several vin lookups and they all say that the vin is invalid. These are the vin tags on the driver side door post.

Welcome from the central coast of Cal. Since that is a van conversion along the lines of an RV, thats probably what's giving you issues. Companies would buy a grip of units, do their work, then sell them. VIN check being done at the DMV?

Welcome from Alabama, the DMV should be able to use those data plates and decals as proper identification. They look all Chrysler.

I know that it was delivered to the City of Kenai Alaska in March of 1978, other than that I can find no other history on it. I would like to restore it as it was in 78. BTW ( ROLL TIDE ROLL), yes I'm a Bama fan!

I've checked with the DMV in Anchorage where I live and the Dodge VIN lookup sites and they all say it's an invalid VIN, I'm wanting to restore it to what it looked like when it was delivered to the City of Kenai in March 1978, but I can't even get a Title. I know it was converted by WAYNE DIVCO as a Medicruiser and that's about it.

probably comes up invalid because modern VINs are 17 digits

Fargo's were Canadian, wonder if they have a different resource

I'm not at all familiar with any Medicruiser line

welcome to FBBO from NorCal Sierras,
former dweller of Palmer, backed up to Polar Raceway
& prior to that Anchorage Alaska, Lake Ottis drive
in mid 1980's

Go Ducks !!

Currently Lake Otis and Dowling. Born in Anchorage 2/17/68. Medicruiser is from WAYNE DIVCO/ it's a tradesman 300 conversion to an Ambulance.

Maybe try Latin Market/Mexico & South American/Brazil stuff too, just spitballing

Budnicks:
My B30 Tradesman 300 was built at the Missouri Truck plant in Fenton Missouri then shipped to Wayne DIVCO where it was converted to an ambulance before being shipped to The City of Kenai Alaska March 1978

Was this van previously registered when you bought it?

A title doesn't matter. If you have a bill of sale and a previous registration, no matter how old, you should be able to register the vehicle in any state and obtain a title, if your state requires one.

When I got it there were no plates, so DMV tried to run the VIN and it came up invalid. The last known registration by me was the City of Kenai
