The first thing I noticed was the rear roll down window is unique, it looks more like a 4 door window.
That roll down quarter window made me think that this was more than somebody's custom project. '68-'69 B-body 2-door sedan (coupe) doors were basically hardtop doors, with no upper window frames. I think I vaguely remember illustrations of this style body in a FSM, showing where body weatherstrips go. I wonder if Chrysler briefly considered making a two-door coupe based off the 4-door sedan, but eventually realized it would be cheaper to put a "B" post on a hardtop body. It would be interesting to hear the story behind this!

The top of the door frame around the window is buckled right about where a four door frame would have been joined to make it longer.

Somebody put a lot of time and effort into that.
