Ouch !!!!!!
Oh no! That's your gas pedal foot. Hope you're on the mend soon.
I feel your pain @Fran Blacker![]()
Are you sure they're on the right feet, the left with a righr work boot?Feet are still pointing the same direction for now.....but that toe pain I can understand. Mine has pretty much healed up now.....just taking till the end of November before I walk unstrapped again.
Here are my dirty work boots up on the dash of a CAT....

Yes, they're on the right feet....zips on the inside so I don't have to tie laces every time I put them on....very handy. Also, while it may look like I have peed on the left boot....it is actually CRC CDT cutting liquid from when I drilled the hole for the new horn switch. I guess I should wash that off soon. Are you sure they're on the right feet, the left with a righr work boot?![]()
I was doing some minor repairs to it as the "Specialist Engineer" had previously spent about 7 hours trying to fix the horn and accomplished nothing. All he did was make things worse by cutting the wire on the steering column flush with the top of the shaft and cutting off the wire from the contact at the slip-rings inside the dash.I can't imagine that a CAT is used very often in your trade.
