Why is it still buried?

Sold the house and shop in July of 2022. Looking for one a little smaller and further south.
Still no house, still no shop, still have storage buildings, still looking, and just now starting to see home prices come down closer to reality!
We have looked at a few in the past two weeks.

Just like car sales, pictures don't give a true accounting of condition.
