The top is perfect. The bottom is a slight bit off, but I think it's close enough. No kinking and enough engagement for a clamp

Yeah thats the issue I am having, my bottom hose has a slight crimp in it, nothing obstructing flow or anything but not real clean.

I was having a hard time finding anything molded that fit. After a bunch of trips to the parts store and cutting up several hoses, I ended up going with a gates flex hose with the built in spring.. Plus the spring makes it impossible to collapse.

I bought a flexible hose but it will not work because the distance is very short and the hose is not flexible enough. I don't think it was a gates hose though. I am going to try one of these NAPA hoses because I can, I don't yet have water/coolant in the car so now it a good time. The hose I do have would work but as I said it has a slight crimp or bend in it that is caused by the difference in the 2 angles which I don't like all that much and would like to eliminate.

You could use a piece of stainless tubing (sized appropriately to the hose) and make it a 2 piece connection.

I considered that but there isn't much room at all in there, however that remains an option. I ordered one of the NAPA hoses and we will see if that is any better than what I have now. To be clear, I can totally use what i have currently but I would prefer something that fits just a tad better.

I got my intake installed. The 3/4" make-up air line was too rigid to route so I'm going to have to buy some silicone hose. I had to make an extra link for my mount as well. Not the prettiest, but it will work.

Also I think I have my heater hoses routed correctly, but I'm not sure which is supply and which is return on the heater bypass valve.

Don’t those heater hose connectors run under the intake? It looks cool the way ya got them.

That was an option, but it would have been hard to route them back to the heater valve. It would have looked nicer, but I would probably need to move the valve and use and assortment of fittings to make it work.

Thats the same way I routed mine, I don't think it matters which heater line goes where so long as the heater core is flushed and not full of crap.

I assume you're taking about the ones on the engine. Those came from Holley as part of my accessory kit. They probably sell them separately though.

I believe that the line coming into the housing from the back is the return line.

Based on the Holley directions, yes the back is the return and top is supply. My uncertainty was on the valve side.

I assume you are referring to the temp control valve that is installed on one of the heater hoses and attached to the inner fender? I could be wrong but I believe that is on the inlet side which should be the far left nipple as you look at the firewall (or far right if sitting in the car)

Thanks. With the a/c I have, the heater & a/c lines run through the front right inspection cover on the inner fender & having the heater hoses come from the front of the engine instead of the rear makes more sense.

Cant see where the other side of the valve is connected, but the valve and your arrows seem right.

I got my steering column reinstalled. I also swapped out the low pressure fitting on the clutch master. It was very annoying, but worth it. Before and after pics below.
