Believe it or not, that's cruising speed for me. Two thousand RPM's are nothing, so why not, except for the possibility of a ticket. At 60 MPH the car gets between 23 to 25 MPG and is only at about 1500 RPM. At 80 MPH is when the fun starts. If you push the go pedal to the floor, it drops out of overdrive and down one more gear and pulls like a freight train till you let up. At that point it's smiles per gallon. I bought this car to have fun, it's just a driver, not a show car....Ulli

I get the smiles per gallon. 20 + miles to the gallon would be awesome.
