That's a picture of the old main drag that went across the dam at the Lake of the Ozarks. I had a few places, one at the 22 mile maker on the main channel, the lake is around 90 miles long. I had another at the 7 mile marker on the Gravois arm, that arm was off the 7 mile marker of the main channel. Things have changed and it's a huge attraction and with over 50,000 boat docks on the water.Gonna take a while if playing "identify all the cars".
I think I could do 90-95%, though.
Wow! A lot of cars. It looks like a beach town in the middle of summer. This reminds me of our local Port Stanley, or Grand Bend, Ontario at the height of summer. Middle left of picture; red 1965 Satellite going away, yellow 1967 Ambassador coming this way. Blue 1961 Impala Bubbletop in centre of picture. Nice picture!
Indeed.Gonna take a while if playing "identify all the cars".

is that a side marker on the white Chrysler wagon?Indeed.
Newest car I can positively identify are 67 models, tho the F bodies MAY be 68s; cant see if they have vent windows. MAY spy a 69 Impala roofline buried back there, but not positive. At least Summer of 67.
Now, that is very cool!!!!Here is a shot of Grand Bend, Ontario, in the summer of 1969. Coincidently, that is me in my new SuperBee, first up at the traffic light, turning left to go to Grand Bend Dragstrip. How cool is that?
True to form, I have a Holstein (black and white O.P.P. cruiser) behind me.
