Greta cars....rust easily, but still great cars.

A friend of mine (also called Roger) had one of those.

Best I could do. Amazed I even got those shots as the dumb fawks were shoving me out the door.
LOL You?? They obviously didn't know who they were dealing with!

You caught me in a correction with the post you quoted. I meant a 190. Pretty sure that's what it is anyways.

Funny Story time...
When I was in the Navy while stationed in San Diego one of the guys I was stationed with was actually British, he'd joined the US Military to earn US citizenship... I use to heckle him about British cars fairly relentlessly... How they rust, how they always overheat... They were designed to survive a country that was always cool and foggy and don't do well in the heat & dry climate of the American West.... He would try to defend his country's automotive honor but generally just accepted that American cars were superior....
Then one day he started telling me about a British car that was mechanically superb, tough, had a reputation of taking tons of abuse & never failing... When he finally put a name to the tough dependable vehicle I about lost it.... He had no idea a Jensen Interceptor had a Chrysler power plant....If my heckling had been relentless before well it only got worse after... If Brian Gleed happens to be out there & reads this I apologize.. Okay, not really...
