What model had this Torquflite pushbutton selector, please?

I need a park knob like this one for my British Bristol that used the same selector. Can anyone identify which Mopar had the pushbutton selector with a horizontal orientation like this, please?

@David Womby I believe the early Dodges were using the same button if that's what you're looking for. My '62 Dodge uses the same. '63 and '64 should be the same.

It's held on by a allen set screw from underneath.
